Step-son of retired Acton Firefighter Danny Morse is running Boston Marathon to raise funds for innovative cancer research at Dana Farber...

My step-father, Danny Morse, a 25-year veteran (now retired) of the Acton Fire Department, is bravely battling cancer. Danny is currently being treated through the Dana Farber Cancer Institute and he has received great care through the clinic since February of 2008. On April 17, 2010, I'll be running my third consecutive Boston Marathon to raise funds for innovative cancer research at Dana Farber. Danny, as well as thousands of other DFCI patients, benefit directly from the funds raised through the Dana Farber Marathon Challenge. I hope you will consider supporting our efforts as we run toward the goal of a world without cancer. To donate, please click on the link below (to make a secure credit card donation) or make checks payable to "Dana Farber Marathon Challenge" and mail to the address below the link. I'm sure there are others who would like to support Danny and unfortunately I don't have everyone's email. I'd greatly appreciate your help in forwarding this along so it reaches the widest audience possible. Perhaps the forces in neighboring towns would be interested in joining the cause as well.

Thanks.
Matt Whitcomb
